raptor camp 2024

If your child loves birds of prey and the outdoors, check out our Raptor Camp! This summer we are offering two four-morning camp sessions for elementary-aged children. Each morning will focus on different groups of raptors found in our region. Campers will have the opportunity to meet the non-releasable ambassador birds in our care; learn about special raptor adaptations; play games designed to teach about migration, ecosystem health, and natural history; design species-specific enrichment items; create arts and crafts; engage in free play; get messy and have fun!

July 8-11, 9am-12:30pm: ages 8-10
July 15-18, 9am-12:30pm: ages 5-7
